How to Make Passion-fruit Coffee
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tablespoon of Geisha Honey coffee (40 ml) or Yellow Bourbon coffee (40 ml)
- Scoops of coffee ice cream (70 gr)
- 100 ml of cold milk
- Tablespoon of passionfruit syrup
- Decoration: 1 – 2 passion fruit or granadilla
What type of coffee should I use?
You should know that it’s essential to choose high-quality coffee beans to make the coffee for your passion-fruit coffee recipe. You can use the Yellow Bourbon of High Roasted Coffee. I love their dark roast coffee. You can buy the beans on their own and grind them using a coffee grinder at home, or you can buy pre-ground coffee your local grocery store or here. It’s up to you!
- Add 1 teaspoon of passionfruit syrup to the milk.
- Place the scoops of ice cream into a tall glass
- Prepare a cappuccino with passion fruit flavoured milk and the variety of coffee selected directly on the ice cream.
- Top with the rest of the granadilla, garnish with a sprig of lemon verbena or with passionfruit seeds.
- Taste without mixing the layers
